• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.

• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.

• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.

• Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

• The host completely absolves themselves from any mishaps and eventualities caused by guests
  while swimming.

• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then booking amount is adjustable against any other future booking date as per availability.

• If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.

• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Good to know

• The property’s check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable by the property.
• You can book the stay for a maximum of 22 pax. If you wish to invite more guests who will be staying till after 11 PM, an extra cost of INR 1500 per head will be applicable.
• We have a security guard on the grounds, ensuring your and your family’s safety.
• A medical kit is available on the property.
• Service staff and housekeeping staff will be present on the property throughout your stay.
• Our team prepares food fresh on the property to ensure you are served piping-hot delicacies. And since it’s freshly prepared, we request you to allow them time to serve you Satvik food.
• The latest our kitchen staff is available is by 11 PM.
•  Please inform us of your meal preference at least two days in advance.
• If you have a dish you prefer, you can let our staff know in advance, and they’ll make the arrangements. However, please note that customisations in the menu are chargeable.
• We love pets and are a pet-friendly property. However, we would appreciate it if you kept your pets from entering the swimming pool or sitting on the beds. It will make it easy for our housekeeping staff to make your rooms.
• We request you to carry your pet’s food along when visiting.
• The on-site kitchen is equipped with modern facilities. Microwave, electric kettle and RO water are readily available. You will also find cutlery and dishes to enjoy your meals to the fullest.
• You can ask our team to light a bonfire at an additional cost of INR 1000 for two hours.
• If you are bringing a driver, we can arrange their stay and food. However, please note that the latter is chargeable.
• Parking space for seven cars is available on the property.
• As per the government rules, loud music is only allowed till 10 PM. But the party doesn’t have to stop there. You can still enjoy your intimate get-togethers with soft, mellow music in the background.
